Information Awards and Achievements System
We've implemented an award and achievements system for malwaretips.com

You can find a list with all the available awards and achievements - here .

At this momemnt we've divided this system into 3 categories :
  • Post Count Achievements
The awards for this category are given automatically when a user reaches , 1000 , 2000 or 3000 posts.
  • Activity Achievements
The awards for this category are given automatically when a user has spent a certain period of time on malwaretips.com.
  • Awards
    • Awards are a way for admins to show recognition to a member.
    • Awards are only occasionally given out.
    • Awards are given out manually by Admins after thoughtful consideration.
    • You cannot get an award by asking for one via PM or any other way.
So please, DON'T ask for one!

The Awards and Achievements will appear in the postbit and in the member profile page.

Each member has it's personal Awards and Achievements page , in which other members can find all the awards and achievements that the member has received.

As a side note, we will always look at the quality and not the quantity when giving awards. We will always appreciate more, 1 post that shares information, knowledge or experience than 100 post that have no informantion in them Wink

Huh, since when were posts with "informantion" fun to read? Tongue

BTW, I don't think you'll be getting the Grammar Nazi award! Big Grin

Typing, IMO, is a great sport and exercise without normal hazards (people rarely jam their fingers typing, even when angry). If you are feeling brave, rocking in a desk chair is a bit more risky but burns more fat. (Note: Punching your computer is useful for building muscles, but the costs can add up.)
