no problem Smile Everyone have their taste and car racing is better for the brain then only seeing killing/destroying/slaying; studies has shown that such games can make people get higher aggression, get aggressive think and so on.

FPS: first person shooter games.

I like Tribes 2 and Minecraft. Smile

Typing, IMO, is a great sport and exercise without normal hazards (people rarely jam their fingers typing, even when angry). If you are feeling brave, rocking in a desk chair is a bit more risky but burns more fat. (Note: Punching your computer is useful for building muscles, but the costs can add up.)
