Hello,
It's very important to add a password to Admin's account on windows 7/8/8.1/10 because in a not configured windows, this account haven't password ! Yes it's dangerous !!! o_O If a person teft your pc or if your child try to hack your pc;), they can easilly change Admin Password with windows install cd !(local hack)

But you can change this password : just open windows cmd in administrator and type :
Code:
net user Administrator *
It will ask to change password. But some AVs (like Qihoo) asked you if it's you or an hacker : just said it's you.

Here you are ! You are secured from Local Attacks... :) but I don't know if Kon-boot can bypass this tip...

If a person theft your pc or if your child try to hack your pc.

If your PC is left unlocked, it's not a hack.

The easiest and safest method to add a Password to your User Account is via the Control Panel > Change View to "Icons" > User Accounts.

For Windows 8 and newer: You can add a Password (recommended), PIN or Picture Password via the Modern UI. Biometric may be available for certain PC with special hardware.

If you are using a Microsoft Account to sign in to Windows, you already have a password.

You can see the current User Account's Type (Standard or Admin) and if Password-enabled or not.

To further increase security and privacy, Windows users can opt to enable:
- BitLocker (if available) on your Windows version. (HTG - How To Setup)
- Install an Anti-Theft Security software - Some Antivirus vendors include this feature, or you can choose Prey Anti-Theft.

For Mac OS users:
- FileVault is available to encrypt your drive.
