I've provided two screenshots that will hopefully provide adequate examples of what I'm dealing with. At this point I'm at the end of my rope and have no idea what to do. I've followed multiple guides and tutorial videos, including the guide provided @ http://malwaretips.com/blogs/ads-by-cloudscout-removal/, but nothing seems to work.
