Looks good, except not to run NOD32 and Microsoft Security Essentials at the same time, it can cause errors and conflicts... Chose one of them

If you have install ESET Nod32 Antivirus, then Windows Defender should be disabled.

FYI: MSE on Windows 8 is called Windows Defender.

How long to you have left on your ESET Nod32 Antivirus license? Personally I would stick with what you have right now EAV,Windows Firewall , UAC & Smart Screen.You would be fine with that and maybe add SBIE for added protection when browsing.
