hello gnosis,

Privatefirewall is good, one of the less trouble proactive firewall but all in all i am not fond anymore of combos, too many confict potential issues.
The only thing i don't like in PF is the manuel update process. One other thing i notice, it can slow or even block sometimes window update search process.
Despite that it stays a good free firewall but i prefer a good suite than that now^^

i have a good experience with privazer; i use it mainly for internet traces cleaning (fast cleaning). Trouble free in my experience like ccleaner^^

Hello guys, i have a new laptop (window 8) since two weeks and i choose a new configuration as light as possible; here is the new one so^^

PC Environment: home
Security Awareness: Intermediate
Exposure to Malware: Medium/Low
Infection Rate: Low
Anti-Malware Testing: no
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 64
Architecture: 64-bit
User Account: Administrator
Real-time Protection: Webroot SecureAnywhere antivirus 8,
On-Demand Tools: Malwarebytes free,
Web Browser: Mozilla firefox (1), IE11 (2)
Extensions and Plugins: Adblock Plus, lastpass, webutation
Backup: Nothing (i am thinking what to instal and use)
Other tool: ccleaner, filehippo update checker

PS; you can see i don't use hitmanpro alert for now (i wait a stable release of the new one with cryptoguard); hitman pro (my licence has expired and i don't want to reniew it for now); privazer (not bad but ccleaner is finally enough for my needs now). About backup software, i will update this when i will have one again on my laptop (soon).
I have a licence for webroot untill 2015 and as i like it and especially the last 8 version, welcome back webroot lol
Feel free to comment^^
