Hello,
Few minutes ago someone tried to hack my Gmail account.
I did immediately changed my password But I have the hacker IP.
Is anything else I should do? and is there any way to report or to do something with the IP?
Thank you!

Your welcome..

The IP, Not much more can be done, unless you want to get all crazy and hunt down the whois info on the IP, and find the ISP of that attacker, and try to contact the ISP with the IP and let them know you had an attempted compromise of your Gmail from it. I seriously doubt they would do much about it. The best bet is to re-secure your email and go about your day :)

Not trying to be rude but why do you think someone was trying to hack your account? What indications did you see?

In his last account activity is a attempt or loggin from an ip in a different location then he is in, pretty good reason to believe someone else was trying to or did access his gmail account.

Ah. Just curious. I get that sometimes as well. Mostly from my Facebook account.

As illumination said: I got an sms from gmail said they identified an un-authorized connection to my account. I opend my account activity and saw a strange IP from Russia. I have no connection to Russia so I understood it's a hack

the attacker may be using proxy server.

Still i don't think anyone can succesfully do it if you are using strong password.

Strengthen your password.
Use a combination of characters (a, b, c), digits (1, 2, 3), symbols (!, ^, @), and increase password length.

You may want to use a secure Password Manager for storing these long, complicated passwords. You can use it's Password Generator to create them for you. LastPass also has multi-factor authentication and grid multi-factor authentication for better account security.

Enable 2-factor authentication for your Google Account.
Google has an app for Android and iOS. Else send you a SMS (watch out for Android malware) or email with the code.

Non-shared recovery email.
Use Outlook and create an Alias email to use as your recovery email, don't share this address with anyone.

Actually there IS more you can do--file a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center with the FBI. Go to:
The Internet Crime Complaint Center — FBI FOR INFO AND
Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) | File a Complaint TO FILE A COMPLAINT
