Avira flags Windows Store app dll file in Windows 10 as virus and blocks it, when you try to launch Store app, it flash opens and closes. Latest Avira free antivirus, flagsWindowsStore.Mobile.dll as virus or unwanted program with nameTR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen and blocks it from loading.
There is no way to ignore this or add the affected dll as an exception to Avira as Windows 10 doesn’t allows to access contents in the WindowsApps directory.
Avira asks to update Avira desktop and starts to download files when you accept (this happens in a loop every time when you start your computer, to avoid this, turn off real-time protection for Avira), but the damage has been already done, if you try to launch Windows Store, it just crashes.
Possible ways to Restore Store in Windows 10
Quarantining the object and restoring from Quarantine fails. We’ve tried every possible way to make restore Store, but its hard-broken. Try if you can find the restore point available before this event and restore your computer to that, will fix the issue.
If no restore point available or system restore is not turned on for you in Windows 10(happens if you’ve just installed or upgraded to Windows) try resetting or use System repair disc.
