When you post your resume online do not set it to "Searchable by Employers" or "Public View."
If you do, and include your phone #, then within hours you will start to receive telemarketing calls from scammers !!!!
I know, it is happening to me...I thought what changed?...and I realized I just posted a resume to Monster a day before and adjusted the settings to allow my resume to appear on employer searches.
Simple mistake of not thinking at the moment has unintended consequences. Web is a pain...
