After recently running Secunia PSI, one of the items that appeared is Blaster/Nachi. I clicked the link to find location of this, and it is in a WINDOWS\system32\blastcln.exe file, 5.1.2600.5512 and after looking on search engines, I cannot determine if this needs to be removed or just forgotten and left. Any more info? I saw some articles here, but they weren't exceptionally clear to me. It appears it might just be a part of WinXP?

The other issues I saw with Secunia is an 83% rating, and numerous items that never seem to update, perhaps too old? Have no idea. Thanks for any suggestions.
