Here is my setup...I am very careful to what I download and I have no problems with infection.

Not sure what you mean by "OR" in your real time config. I would how ever enable UAC, and find some sort of back up for your system, after you have narrowed down which real time protecting your going to use or are using.

I often change my antivirus, I use ESET or EMSISOFT but I keep WEBROOT...
