Cannot remove Adpeak/Scorpion Saver

I have already tried using Malwarebytes but it is not deleting the malware completely. I keep detecting malware each time I run the program. Is there any other program that works better or is there a different method I should try?

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode and save to your Desktop.

Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.

• Click on the Scan button.
• After the scan has finished click on the Clean button.

Press OK when asked to close all programs and follow the onscreen prompts.
Press OK again to allow AdwCleaner to restart the computer and complete the removal process.

• After rebooting, a logfile report (AdwCleaner[S0].txt) will open automatically.
• Post logfile will also be saved in the C:\AdwCleaner folder.

Please download zoek.zip or zoek.rar by smeenk (

) from here or here and save it to your Desktop.
Unpack the archive...

• Close any open browsers
• Temporarily disable your AntiVirus program. (If necessary)
  If you are unsure how to do this please read this or this Instruction.
  
• Double click on zoek.exe to run the tool .
  Please wait while the tool does not start...
  
• Copy the text present inside the code box below and paste it into the large window in the zoek tool:

  Note: It will also create a log in the C:\ directory named "zoek-results.log"

Please download aswMBR and save it to your desktop.

Double click aswMBR.exe to start the tool.

• Select Yes if prompted to download the Avast database.
• Click Scan
• Upon completion of the scan ( Scan finished successfully ) click Save log and save it to your desktop, and post that log in your next reply for review.
  Note: do NOT attempt any Fix yet.

I tried to download AdwCleaner but I got a message that said:
"Virus Download Blocked
Download of the virus has been blocked in accordance with company policy. Please contact your system administrator if you believe this is in error"

Yes, there is a virus present, that block all downloads. Do you have a USB Flash, so you can download the tools at the other PC, copy them, and run from infected machine, following instructions?

Yes, I have a USB but I don't have access to another computer at the moment. I will be able to do that tomorrow and get back to you.

We can try something eithout other PC. What is the version of this system and its architecture (32-bit or 64-bit)?

Reboot the computer, and start pressing F8, until you get the menu. Choose Safe Mode with Networking, try to get in there, and see if you can download only one tool, see is it still blocked...
