Can't open setting and windows store

Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful

Try to do some malware scan with malwarebyte and it comes out nothing

Recently my pc got cleaned from malware, and after that I remove some unnecessary application. And few days later, I accidentally clicked an application that I uninstalled but still there. And the screen flashed, when I try to open setting, it can't and get back to desktop. I tried to do system restore but it can't fix it.
