App Review Comodo Firewall 8.2.0.4508 Setup and Brief Test- Part 1

Never did a setup and test of CF after it came out of beta. This particular Video is for those that like and can understand popup alerts.

So, Part 1- CF for the Advanced User

Note a few things:

1). With the additional Sandbox tweak of setting unknowns as Untrusted, most of the malware can't even run.
2). I didn't giver any statistics for the Cloud detection of the malware samples because it bores me (more concerned about keeping the system, clean).
3). As the HIPS will only alert to things in the Sandbox (which are already contained) and legitimate processes, I have disabled as it is pointless.

Part 2 (in a few days) will be for those that don't like alerts.

The example you gave of 7zip to upload to VT, DACS would have played an excellent role here. Hope you remember DACS that Melih had talked about.
Dont know why they cancelled the plan?
Crystal Security & SecureAPlus are using VT, why Comodo dropped DACS?
