Unpack ( using a 7Zip), create a shortcut to the folder with the profile

Nice! I thought IceDragon was abandoned. I might try it out on my new computer

Right now I have 2 browsers IE 11 (x64bit) and Firefox (x86), but I just updated to SP1 (136 updates) for Windows 7. Letting it settle in.
... by the way, does Mozilla's Firefox have a x64 bit? or is that Pale Moon only?
