I have following add-ons installed for Tracking Protection in IE11. (Please see the image below.)

I have a question that do these multiple add-ons affect the speed and performance of IE in any way or they are here only for the good purpose and nothing bad.

I mean when we use adblock extension for Firefox/Chrome, it shows a impact on the browser's performance. Is it the same here for IE too?

Can I happily have these add-ons (as shown in image) in my IE? Please suggest.

I haven't experienced any drawbacks of the performance and stability of the browser while using such addons. Indeed I used to face incomplete blocking of ads in certain webpages.
Use Duck Duck Go or Startpage for better privacy.
