Update:
Emsisoft Internet Security & Emsisoft Anti-Malware version 9.0.0.4519 - released

Download page:http://changeblog.emsisoft.com/2014...alware-internet-security-9-0-0-4519-released/

About:

Version 9.0.0.4519 release features a completely revamped, faintly Windows 8-like interface.Four colourful tiles represent the program's main functions (Protection, Scan, Quarantine, Logs),and there's status information on your license and last update. You also get one-click access to common features and menus, and at first glance the new look seems to be a good balance between ease of use and functionality.
Emsisoft says scanning accuracy and malware removal has also been improved, particularly for 64-bit systems.
Enhanced Windows 8 and 8.1 support means the program will take greater advantage of live tiles and the new notification system.
And this all comes packaged in an enhanced core which makes better use of Windows' own security technologies (ASLR, DEP), while also reducing resource requirements and boosting overall performance.
Emsisoft Anti-Malware is designed as an extra layer of security, so you scan and protect your computer, without having to remove your existing security software It compliments rather than substitutes your existing security.
Improvement:
Brand new user-interface, more accurate scanning and improved 64-bit support make this a compelling release.

version 9.0.0.4519:

Fixed a manual quarantine rescan issue.
Fixed an occasional crash bug after performing an update.
Fixed a few permissions related issues.
Fixed a firewall rules processing issue.
Fixed an occasional firewall not starting issue.
