This is for F-Secure Key which is a Password Manager.It is not for F-secure OK Freedom which is a VPN program.
Follow the instructions posted by the OP and you will receive your key.It does not require a proxy or any other special maneuvers.
You can also download the the program from the Google Play Store then install & add the code as per the OP
