Troubleshoot FastStone Capture gray color in videos

Changing settings, reinstallation, reset settings...

Hey guys i tried to record with FastStone Capture but after i see what i recorded all i have is gray color and awful video quality, how to fix it ? Thanks for answers.

I am using FastStone Screen Capture also. Version 7.8. I recorded this video not so long ago below.

I have not experienced this gray color though. Recording is in .wma only also. My settings are below,

Maybe your security software is blocking the recording...
