Solved FBI virus Kaspersky Rescue Disk fix and now PC will not stop rebooting itself

PC keeps rebooting after using the rescue disk. I had/have the FBI virus and was not able to get into any of the safe modes. goes through all the normal boot up as far as I can tell and just about to the point where it finishes and brings up the windows screen it simply reboots back to the beginning.

I first tried to do option 1 and get into safe mode. the 3 safe mode options appeared and I could arrow over them but hitting enter did nothing.
I then did option 2 and did the Hitman Pro with a flash drive. this did work to a point. the pc came up with the FBI locked screen and then the Hitman did pop up in front of it. everything looked like it went ok till the very end when I was cleaning the viruses that it found something popped up and asked me to insert the XP disk in I believe to copy a file. I cant find my XP disk which I am pretty mad about. cant believe I lost it. so anyway I bypassed that step and try to reboot. I did so and the FBI screen came up again. so I went to option 3
I then did option 3 and did the rescue disk. after a couple of tries it started the scan and found a lot of viruses I clicked each one, one at a time to quarantine if it was an option or delete if quarantine wasn't an option. this was taking forever so I checked the option to do this to all rather than one at a time. this finished and removed the disk and now it is doing the reboot thing over and over.

• Please do not run any tools other than the ones I ask you to, when I ask you to. Some of these tools can be very dangerous if used improperly. Also, if you use a tool that I have not requested you use, it can cause false positives, thereby delaying the complete cleaning of your machine.
  
• All tools we use here are completely clean and do not contain any malware. If your antivirus detects them as malicious, please disable your antivirus and then continue.
• If during the process you run across anything that is not in my instructions, please stop and ask. If any tool is running too much time (few hours), please stop and inform me.
• I visit forum several times at day, making sure to respond to everyone's topic as fast as possible. But bear in mind that I have private life like everyone and I cannot be here 24/7. So please be patient with me. Also, some infections require less, and some more time to be removed completely, so bear this in mind and be patient.

Please print these instruction out so that you know what you are doing

• Download OTLPENet.exe to your desktop
• Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to a flash drive.
  
• Ensure that you have a blank CD in the drive
• Double click OTLPENet.exe and this will then open imgburn to burn the file to CD
• Reboot your system using the boot CD you just created.
  Note : If you do not know how to set your computer to boot from CD follow the steps here
• Wait for the CD to detect your hardware and load the operating system
• Your system should now display a Reatogo desktop
  Note : as you are running from CD it is not exactly speedy
• Insert the USB with FRST
• Locate the flash drive with FRST and double click
• The tool will start to run.
• When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
• Press Scan button.
• It will make a log (FRST.txt) on the flash drive. Please copy and paste it to your reply.

FRST search

Once again we shall use FRST for additional checks. Re-run FRST/FRST64:

• Copy volsnap.sys;kernel32.dll into the Search: field in FRST then click the Search Files button.
• FRST will search your computer for files and when finished it will produce a log Search.txt in the same directory the tool is run.
• Please attach it to your reply.

Download attached fixlist.txt and save it to your USB flashdrive as fixlist.txt

>> Boot into Recovery Environment


Start FRST in a similar manner to when you ran a scan earlier, but this time when it opens ....

• Press the Fix button once and wait.
• FRST will process fixlist.txt
• When finished, it will produce a log fixlog.txt on your USB flashdrive.

>> Exit out of Recovery Environment and post me the log please.



Try to boot Windows normally...

very good thank you so much! suggestions on what pc protection to use to keep it that way? i was using Enigma Software SpyHunter and RegHunter but they expire at the end of the month.

Recommended additional software:

TFC - to clean unneeded temporary files.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware - to scan your system from time to time in search for malware.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Exploit - to prevent plenty of mostly exploited vulnerabilities.

McShield - to prevent infections spread by removable media.

Unchecky - to prevent from installing additional foistware, implemented in legitimate installations.

Adblock - to surf the web without annoying ads!

Post-cleanup procedures:​

Download DelFix by Xplode and save it to your desktop.

• Run the tool by right click on the
  
  icon and Run as administrator option.
• Make sure that these ones are checked:
  • Remove disinfection tools
  • Purge system restore
  • Reset system settings
• Push Run and wait until the tool completes his work.
• All tools we used should be gone. Tool will create an report for you (C:\DelFix.txt)

The tool will also record healthy state of registry and make a backup using ERUNT program in %windir%\ERUNT\DelFix
Tool deletes old system restore points and create a fresh system restore point after cleaning.
