This provokes my thoughts and gives me more than pause to consider the bigger picture in relation to how my personal actions, desire to protect my personal well being while utilizing privacy, and how freedoms incorporate with those whom conduct illegal or even hurtful activities. I begin to realize I'm still quite naive:oops: as far as torrents & piracy are concerned.
I've used Bit Torrent only on 3 or 4 occasions in order to download linux distros, yet simply because I've not become accustomed to what someday could be taken away, I'd certainly not wish this to happen.
Darn, so many simple joys have such politically charged administrative loop holes.:(
I do like the dialogue here ..and I can see I'll need to educate myself more than a little more!:p

Cats-4_Owners-2 i totally agree with you.
If someone is doing something illegal by using torrent why should i have the same restrictions as him:(?
As you said there are to many loop holes and i believe the Greek judge saw that.
His concern about freedom of information in my opinion was right and before government's take any further action they should have this on their mind;)
