Fix with Junkware Removal Tool

Please download JRT by Thisisu and save the file to your desktop.
Temporary disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware protection - instructions here.

  • Right-click on
    JRTbythisisu.png
    icon and select
    RunAsAdmin.jpg
    Run as Administrator to start the tool.
  • Follow the prompts and let this process run uninterrupted.
  • This scan can take a while, depending on your System specs.
  • Upon completion, a log (JRT.txt) will open on your desktop.

Please include the contents of that file in your reply.

Do not forget to re-enable your previously switched off protection software!
Please also manually reboot your machine after this procedure.

Please re-run Farbar Recovery Scan Tool to give me a fresh look at your system.
  • Right-click on
    FRST.gif
    icon and select
    RunAsAdmin.jpg
    Run as Administrator to start the tool.
    (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
  • Make sure that Addition option is checked.
  • Press Scan button and wait.
  • The tool will produce two logfiles on your desktop: FRST.txt and Addition.txt.
Please include their content into your next reply.

Did that. Still have the ads by adchoices. I am uploading 3 files. Thanks again

I reinstalled Chrome and Firefox. I didnt see uninstall option for Internet Explorer or Edge on control panel.
The adchoices is still there.

I am uploading 3 screenshots.
ads 1 is how it appears on amazon page. at that moment it is just 2. they go up to 14 and sometimes they are videos and i cannot scroll up or down until i finish watching the video ad.
ads 2 is just on another website where the ad is vertical.
ads 3 is when it is right on top.
these ads basically change depending on what i google.

Adblock took the ads away. Should i be worried that someone is collecting data on everything i search for?
