Sometime in March of 2014 I received a prompt to upgrade my computer. Once I did (or I thought I had) I started receiving a message that my computer was being scanned by "PC Health Kit" ?! Since I had never seen this message before I became concerned. Even though I uninstaled it It keeps coming back sometimes twice a day and has caused a lot of pop ups so after googling "PC Health Kit" I was directed to your company. I found the guide that you provide but I am so very scared to use it ,since I have no clue what ADWcleaner, Junkware , Anti-Malware or Hitman Pro are or if using them is going to solve my problems or make them worst. I am a grandma who stays at home to keep my grandkids so my finances are merely a dream :-( . and since I don't have the money... (Money!? What's that ?!) LOL. Your guide suggested if I was not sure then I should contact you guys. I truly hope that you can help me. Thanks for taking time out of your busy day to reply.

Hi,

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatibale with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them.
Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

  • Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Press Scan button.
  • It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please attach it to your reply.
  • The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.
