Based on reading other threads in the forum, I would like help with decrypting my files.

Thanks for the reply THE. Is it because the malware has been removed and it is "needed"
in the decrypting process? Just curious. I will most likely upgrade Windows at this point and move on.

No, it is because this malware uses very strong encryption and there is no way to decrypt it in foreseeable future.
