Cannot configure PeaZip 5.5.3 for in-archive AV scan using MalwareBytes and in-archive upload to VirusTotal.

Any PeaZip experts here at MT ?
According to the PeaZip documentation, it should detect and auto-configure for in-archive scan using MalwareBytes and upload to VirusTotal:
From the PeaZip support page -
PeaZip's "Open with" menu, available also inside archives, auto configure itself to show option to open files / compressed files with detected antivirus / antimalware software; following security programs are automatically detected and properly configured by PeaZip: AVG Free antivirus, Avira AntiVir, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, Microsoft Security Essentials, Spybot Search & Destroy, VirusTotal Uploader.
On my system both MalwareBytes and the VirusTotal uploader are installed, but do not appear in the right-click PeaZip context menu.
PeaZip does however detect and auto-configure WIndows Defender...
Another freeware bummer...
