Need Video Downloader/grabber For Linux

Currently i am using movgrab But it seems to be not working.

Allready tried it but its not working too.

getting this error "Unfortunately there are some problems with youtube and we work to obviate these difficulties." while trying to download videos using "http://www.flashvideodownloader.org/"

Or install JDownloader, it will download any video from any site if you just copy/paste the link into it.

i need a video downloader that can download videos from almost any site.dont care wether its terminal based or gui based.
Also do tell me the best downloade manager for linux

Since this Distro is Debian/Ubuntu based, many of the suggestions above will work.

I would suggest you to try Xtreme Download Manager, it's like IDM. It has an excellent video sniffer feature.

youtube-dl as suggested by @BoraMurdar and illumination worked fine for me.
