SO I'm not that best tech guy but my Adobe Flash Player wanted a update today, I denied it..

It was something about making 3D better etc.. So is that the fake ?

@MrOnline Go to - http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html and click the yellow 'Check Now'

Adobe Flash Player for Chrome and 'Internet Explorer on Windows 8/8.1' is built-in, so it should be up to date assuming you 1. have an updated browser 2. you use Windows Update.

Firefox / Opera / Other browsers use the Flash Player plug-in which runs background service to check for updates.

Your Flash Version
15.0.0.152
Your browser name
Firefox

So was that one a scam ? Because it wanted to update itself to a newer version.

Check latest versions for Flash Player - http://www.adobe.com/uk/software/flash/about/

Newest version available is 15.0.0.189 you have 15.0.0.152.

How have you configured Adobe Flash Player? The default settings are set to Allow.

Firefox users can Perform a Plug-in check for updates - https://www.mozilla.org/en-GB/plugincheck/

Set it to remind me of new updates, not to update automatically...

I suggest you use Google chrome because Adobe Flash Player is directly integrated with Google Chrome and enabled by default and you only need to always update google chrome :)

Man this world is full of "spiders", you don't need Mozilla to protect you from the "web". :)
