The program is designed for automatic containment of running processes that consume too much CPU time. It happens that the 'uncontrolled' processes cause almost complete suspension of NT-system. Once this process begins to consume the lion's share of the CPU resources, interrupt it becomes very difficult, as it is almost impossible to even open the Task Manager. With Process Lasso in these processes is automatically lowered priority, so the system returns to a normal level of reactivity (responsiveness).
