Remove Adware from Google Chrome: Enterprise Policy "HtmalChecikerr"

So down to business. I have a problem with this installed by enterprise extension on Google Chrome and I can't seem to get rid of it. I have used all sorts of malware removal programs, but they just dont seem to work. For example, I tried using RougeKiller. After the scan I would select the extension and hit delete, but when I opened Chrome, it was back. I have tried many things but none have worked. And just one question. Does this extension only harm or affect the Chrome browser, or can it affect more than just that? Thanks for your time!
