I suggest you to add Sandboxie which will increase your security, as you mentioned that you visit phishing sites.
Along with the above mentioned you can add MBAM, ESET Online Scanner,ZAM ..... etc to your on-demand scanners.
Please rethink on using AVG PC Tuneup, it is not safe to use. It will create more problems than it can solve.

It also has caused problems on my system: incorrect file association after registry cleaner, bloatware for me

Good configuration, straightforward just add on demand scanners as per mentioned by members just for checking purposes once a week. ;)

Optional suggestion: You may add Lastpass for storing passwords securely.

I would not rely solely upon BitDefender to protect your system if you visit phishing sites; drive-by infections are always a potential problem.

You might consider Sandboxie to add some additional protection in that regard.
