Hello!

First question: I was wondering which free antivirus has the best privacy policy, send the least statistics to producer or even doesn't send any statistics?

Second question: Users from malwaretips.com usually recommend 360TS AV + CIS Firewall for the best free protection, but what about privacy when i use these programs? Do they send any statistics if I turn off sending statistics which can be used to develop antivirus software?

English isn’t my first language, so please excuse any mistakes.

I am not that versed with the user information sent to home by AV's and security programs but you can check this one out.

Maybe the guys can further share some insights on this topic :)
These list has paid and free antivirus. The questioner asked "Free" so :) Avira seems the best and then Panda Cloud.
Remember every AV collects data!
Your config looks good. You can opt-out data sending in CFW and Qihoo. If you do not trust Chinese softwares on privacy matters. You can use Avira Free w/ Comodo Firewall. Good privacy and best protection IMO.
Briefly, Avira is the best on Free side.

Privacy Policy for Comodo software and Qihoo (English) software: https://www.comodo.com/repository/privacy-policy.php and http://www.360safe.com/privacy.html

Avira appears to send the least data to their servers, you can review their Policy here: http://www.avira.com/en/general-privacy

You can use EULAlyzer by Brightfort to scan and highlight the EULA of any copied text or software.
https://www.brightfort.com/eulalyzer.html

A lot of people do not read the EULA, ToS or Privacy Policy before using Services or Software. Some products have anonymous data sending on by default (ie. Bitdefender) and is up to the user to Opt-Out.

I think, from what I've read Emsisoft has the best privacy policy. But, as marg stated you loose all rights to privacy as soon as you connect to the internet - it's a scary thought, but very true.

Yes, among free ones...Avira has best privacy policy. Among paid ones Emsisoft has best privacy policy. This is based on AV-C report on data transmission. But, i think that things changed little bit lately as Avira introduced new feature called Avira Online Essentials. For example if you log in Avira OE, your PC Name will be available to Avira and it also mean one more possible vulnerability.

Free protection : Avira Free Anti-Virus from Avira Operations

Paid protection : V3 Internet Security from Ahnlab
