It is advised to take all reviews with a grain of salt. In extreme cases some reviews use dramatization for entertainment purposes.

It should be noted, Windows Defender on Windows 7 is only AntiSpyware. Not to be confused with Windows Defender on Windows 8 or Microsoft Security Essentials, which are full-blown Antivirus software.
