InstantSavingsApp is an adware program that will display their own ads on Dell, Amazon, Walmart and other websites that you are visiting. These advertisements will be shown as boxes containing various coupons that are available or as underlined keywords, which when clicked will display an advertisement that states it is brought to you by “Instant Savings App”.
InstantSavingsApp is an add-on for Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome that is typically added when you install other free programs. When you install these free programs, they will also install Instant Savings App as well. Some of the programs that are known to bundle Instant Savings App include 1ClickDownload, Yontoo and FBPhotoZoom.
Once installed, whenever you will browse Expedia, Best Buy, Facebook or any other similar websites, Instant Savings App will show in the right top part of your browser, a box containing related keyword suggestions, ads and sponsored links.
You should always pay attention when installing software because often, a software installer includes optional installs, such as this InstantSavingsApp browser hijacker. Be very careful what you agree to install. Always opt for the custom installation and deselect anything that is not familiar, especially optional software that you never wanted to download and install in the first place. It goes without saying that you should not install software that you don’t trust.

I eventually found out what was going on. It was apparently running via an app (that I apparently did not install) in Chrome called Ginyas Browser Companion 1.0.5.
It had been there so long that I didn’t notice it, so apparently it installed silently, then upgraded it’self, because suddenly it was creating false links that were advertisements in my browser.
I thought I’d gotten rid of InstantSavings when I found and removed the Yahoo toolbar, but then today it showed up again, and THIS time when looking through my Extensions, I notices that it said, “Not from Chrome Web Store.” right next to it. I don’t install extensions that are not available through the Web Store, so this had to be it. I disabled it, refreshed the pages and the ads are gone again. So hopefully this will be the end of it.
After installing Audials 10, I noticed that the webpages in my Chrome browser were displaying false links that, when moused-over, displayed an advertisement “by InstantSavings”.
Unfortunately, I can’t find a program named InstantSavings or any publishers called 215 Apps, or Excellent Apps in “Programs and Features”, and can find no InstantSavings extension in Chrome!
I’m going to try the three programs you suggested, hopefully they will work.
