STEP 2: Run RKill to terminate the malicious processes associated with System Doctor 2014

I finally had success removing System Doctor 2014. Norton, & two others removed viruses and malware, but NOT System Doctor 2014. I had to go through all the steps listed above, and I seem to have gotten rid of all my problems. Thanks for ending my four days of hell!
