Dichos env\u00edos divulgan el soporte l\u00f3gico nocivo o los materiales prohibidos de car\u00e1cter pornogr\u00e1fico. Por lo tanto usted se considera sospechado hasta la realizaci\u00f3n de la investigaci\u00f3n por la infracci\u00f3n involuntaria del Art\u00edculo 301 del C\u00f3digo Penal del Reino de Espa\u00f1a (&#8220;Ley de la lucha contra spam y divulgaci\u00f3n del soporte l\u00f3gico nocivo (los virus)&#8221;).<\/p>\n<p>El art\u00edculo 301 del C\u00f3digo Penal del Reino de Espa\u00f1a prev\u00e9 a titulo de punici\u00f3n una multa por la cantidad de hasta <strong>\u20ac250.000<\/strong> euros y encarcelaci\u00f3n por el plazo de hasta <strong>5<\/strong> a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Prestamos su atenci\u00f3n que sus datos personales y su localizaci\u00f3n son identificados, contra usted puede ser instruida una causa criminal en el plazo de <strong>96<\/strong> horas desde el momento de la infracci\u00f3n de los art\u00edculos del C\u00f3digo Penal arriba indicados.
