A WhatsApp button and an email address, service@mail.vbbert.com, are the only listed support channels.

Where Vbbert Stands Now

vbbert.com was registered on June 10, 2025, through a Chengdu-based registrar, and is online.

Archive copies from August 2025 to February 2026 show a different store on a different platform.

The About page now names a UK company that Companies House shows was incorporated on September 9, 2026. In 2025 the same site named a company in Shanghai.

Is Vbbert Legit?

Vbbert is a working shop, but its identity keeps changing. We would not order from it until the seller behind the current site is clear.

The listed company changed from a Shanghai firm to a UK firm formed only weeks ago.

The About page boasts “more than a thousand products” while the shop shows eight.

Its 2025 code carried a support email we also found on another reported store.

The same UK company appears on a separate shop we have already reported.

Its only Trustpilot review calls it a fake store.

Vbbert Reviews: What Buyers Report

Vbbert’s Trustpilot profile is unclaimed and holds a single review. Posted in March 2026, it calls vbbert.com a “Fake E-Store selling scam products” and warns others not to order.

One review is too little to judge delivery, quality or refunds on its own.

It does mean there is no positive buyer record to set against the store’s changing company details.

The product pages show no independent reviews either.

Prices like 72 USD for a USB apple peeler should come with a seller you can identify and a track record you can check.

Vbbert Products and Prices

The four juicers are a stainless steel fruit press at 64 USD, two hand-press citrus juicers at 59 and 55 USD, and a pomegranate squeezer at 58 USD.

The four peelers are a pink hand-crank peeler at 60 USD, a 3-in-1 peeler, corer and slicer at 66 USD, and electric peelers at 71 and 72 USD.

None of the eight listings names a brand or a manufacturer.

The titles are strings of search keywords, such as “Manual Lemon Squeezer Hand Press Citrus Orange Pomegranate Fruit Juicer”.

How Vbbert Sells Its Products

Step 1: A Catalog That Changes Completely

In 2025 the store sold daily storage and hardware items, with prices shown in AUD by default.

Examples included a portable tool box for 123 AUD and an outdoor knife set for 144 AUD.

By October 2026 every one of those products was gone. The shop now carries only juicers and peelers, priced in USD by default.

Step 2: Banners Aimed at Older Shoppers

The homepage banner shows an older woman using an apple peeler under the words “Easy 3-Step Peeling” and “Senior-Friendly Design”. The tiles push citrus cocktails and effortless squeezing.

Step 3: A Fast Checkout

Product pages offer “Buy Now”, a PayPal button and card payment, with “Stock is sufficient” under the price. Nothing on the page names who will receive the payment.

Step 4: Delivery Promises

The shipping policy says orders are processed within one to three days, then take seven to ten business days. Shipping is free to the US and the UK.

If a parcel runs two days past its expected date, email support and allow five days for a courier search. Then the policy promises a refund or replacement.

Step 5: Returns Through Email First

Returns must start within 14 calendar days of delivery, by emailing support first. You then have 14 days after receiving instructions to send the item back.

The contact page lists service hours of 9:00 to 24:00 without a time zone and promises a reply “within one office hour (24H)”.

That leaves buyers guessing when anyone will answer.

Vbbert Timeline

June 10, 2025: vbbert.com is registered.

August 2025: archive copies show a Shopline store selling storage and hardware items in AUD, naming a Shanghai e-commerce company. MalwareTips first reported on it in September 2025.

February 2026: the Shopline store is still running with the same Shanghai company. In March 2026 the only Trustpilot review calls it a fake store.

September 9, 2026: FORTUNE DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY LTD. is incorporated in the UK. By late October the site runs on new software, sells eight kitchen gadgets and names that company.

Why Vbbert Looks Convincing

The homepage is clean and friendly, with free shipping, a 14-day return promise and a WhatsApp chat button. Product pages say “Stock is sufficient” and offer PayPal.

The 14-day return line sits in every banner, but the policy behind it requires email approval first and buyer-paid postage for most returns.

The About page describes “an ultra-large online shopping mall” with “20 major product categories and more than a thousand products”. The live catalog holds eight items in two categories.

Who Runs Vbbert? Two Companies in One Year

A Shanghai Company in 2025

Archive copies from August 2025 and February 2026 name Shanghai Ruicai Tianhui E-Commerce Co., Ltd. as the seller.

They also list a legal representative and an establishment date of November 6, 2024, seven months before vbbert.com was registered.

That earlier site also gave a Shanghai street address in Baoshan District and a Chinese uniform social credit code. Its support address was service@vbbert.com.

The 2025 site promised free shipping, a “14-day risk-free trial” and a “100% customer satisfaction guarantee”.

Its currency menu covered Australia, Canada, Ireland, the Netherlands, New Zealand, the UK and the US, so one shop was aimed at buyers in several countries.

A UK Company Formed in September 2026

The current About page names a “UK Entity”, FORTUNE DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY LTD., registration number 17450217, at an address in Blackburn, Lancashire.

Companies House lists that company as incorporated on September 9, 2026, at the same Blackburn address. The store now names a company less than two months old.

A Companies House record proves a company exists. It does not show who runs vbbert.com day to day, where the stock ships from or who handles refunds.

Shared Details With Bccnerty and Watteimall

Our Bccnerty.com report found the same FORTUNE DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY LTD., the same Blackburn address and the same 9:00 to 24:00 service hours on another shop.

Both use a support address starting with “service@mail”.

The 2025 version of vbbert ran on Shopline and carried service@shopping01-vip.com in its code. Our Watteimall report found that exact leftover address on another Shopline store.

Shared company details and template leftovers show these shops are built from the same kit. They do not by themselves prove one owner runs all of them.

The current site has its own leftovers.

Its code hides a Chinese label for the home page, lists a second support address on admsale.com, and leaves its company name and address settings blank.

Burbetex and the Vyrbmasut Mist Are Not Vbbert Products

Searches for a Burbetex review lead to YouTube videos presenting Burbetex as a trading app.

That has nothing to do with a kitchen-gadget store, and no vbbert page mentions it.

No product, page or archived copy of vbbert.com uses the name vyrbmasut, and the term turns up nowhere else on the web.

The term looks like a garbled product name rather than a store.

Burbetex-style promotions follow a familiar pattern: a “review” video that ends with a sign-up link.

Our FentiCoin report shows how such trading platforms can show profits that are never paid out.

Vbbert Return Policy: What It Allows

The return window is 14 calendar days from the day you receive the item. The policy asks you to contact support first so it can send the right instructions.

Returns must ship within 14 days of receiving those instructions. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product arrived damaged, wrong or not working.

For faulty items, the policy promises a prepaid return label. It tells you to cover any previous address and barcode on the box with the new label.

The terms add that customers are charged for shipping only once, including returns, and that there is no restocking fee.

None of the policies names the UK company that the About page lists.

The packing instructions tell buyers to “use the address listed”, yet the policy lists no return address at all. You only get one if support replies.

The shipping page adds that tracking numbers become active within 24 hours and that parcels returned for a wrong address need a corrected address within 14 days.

What to Do If You Ordered From Vbbert

Save your records. Keep the order confirmation, the product page, the price you paid and every email from service@mail.vbbert.com.

Cancel quickly if you can. The return policy allows cancellation within 24 hours, before the item ships. Email support with your order number.

Check the merchant on your statement. Note the name shown on your card or PayPal record. It may differ from vbbert and can help your provider trace the seller.

Track the parcel against the promise. If nothing arrives within the stated seven to ten business days plus processing, email support and keep the reply.

Ask for return instructions in writing. Do not post anything back until support sends an address, and use tracked shipping.

Use your payment protection if needed. If the order never arrives or support stops answering, open a not-received or not-as-described claim with your card issuer or PayPal.

Save the About page. Take a screenshot of the company named on the site when you order. It has changed before and could change again before a dispute ends.

Leave a factual review. Dates and order details help other shoppers who search the store’s name.

Related Store Investigations

Our Bccnerty.com investigation covers another shop that names FORTUNE DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY LTD. alongside Chinese and Hong Kong companies.

The Watteimall review documents a Shopline store with the same leftover support address found in vbbert’s 2025 code.

For a shop whose story changed with its stock, see our Susan & Margaret London investigation.

How to Spot Fake Online Stores

Start with the seller’s identity. A shop that changes companies, catalogs and platforms within a year gives you little to hold on to if an order goes wrong.

Fraudulent shopping websites often share common patterns that make them easier to detect once you know what to look for. Before entering personal information or making a payment, take a few minutes to check for these warning signs:

Unrealistic prices and discounts
If a website offers products at prices far below trusted retailers, it’s often a red flag. Many of these sites advertise luxury or high-demand products at massive discounts to create a sense of urgency. A $300 product listed for $49.99 should immediately raise suspicion.

Recently registered or suspicious domain names
Many fraudulent websites operate on newly created domains that disappear after a few weeks. Look for signs like random characters in the URL, misspellings of well-known brands, or hyphenated domains.
You can check a site’s age with a WHOIS lookup, or run it through our free Scam URL Scanner.

Missing or vague company details
Legitimate businesses clearly display their company name, tax information, phone numbers, physical address, and return policies. Fraudulent sites often provide incomplete, fake, or no company details at all. A lack of verifiable contact information is a major warning sign.

No reliable customer service
Real businesses provide clear ways to contact support—email, phone, live chat, or physical return addresses. Fake stores often list nonfunctional contact forms, invalid phone numbers, or reply with generic automated messages.

Poor website quality and structure
Many fake stores are set up quickly with low-effort templates. Look for poor grammar, spelling errors, low-resolution product images, broken links, or missing legal pages (Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Return Policy). A sloppy website often signals something isn’t right.

Copied product descriptions and images
Fraudulent sites often lift product listings directly from real retailers or marketplaces. If you reverse image search a product photo and find it on multiple unrelated websites, the listing is likely not original.

Lack of credible reviews or suspicious review patterns
A real store will usually have a mix of customer reviews across different platforms. Warning signs include no reviews at all, obviously fake five-star reviews, or multiple identical reviews posted on the same day. Searching “[website name] reviews” or “[website name] scam” on Google often reveals warnings from other consumers.

Unclear or unfair return and refund policies
Fake stores often use vague language around returns and refunds—or avoid the topic entirely. If you can’t easily find clear instructions for how to return an item or get a refund, proceed with caution.

Aggressive urgency and pressure tactics
Fraudulent websites commonly use fake scarcity (e.g., “Only 2 left in stock!”) or countdown timers (“Sale ends in 10 minutes!”) to push you to buy before you think it through. Legitimate stores don’t rely on fabricated urgency to make sales.

Quick Steps to Verify a Website’s Legitimacy

Before entering payment or personal details on a new shopping website, take a few simple precautions:

Search for the store’s name along with words like “reviews” or “complaints” on Google and Trustpilot.

Check the website’s domain registration using Whois.com.

Use trusted tools to scan for malicious or fraudulent links:

Malwarebytes ScamGuard – detect scams and unsafe links before they reach you on Android and iOS phone.

Malwarebytes Browser Guard – block dangerous or fake websites on Windows and macOS browsers.

Verify the business address on Google Maps to ensure it’s a legitimate location.

Review the store’s accepted payment methods – credit cards and PayPal are traceable and safer than cryptocurrency or bank transfers.

Trust your instincts; if something feels off, it’s better not to proceed.

How to Spot Similar Scams on Social Media

Many fraudulent shopping websites rely heavily on sponsored social media ads to draw in large numbers of potential buyers. These ads often promise extraordinary discounts—sometimes up to 90% off—and use emotionally charged language to push users into buying immediately.

They frequently appear on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, blending in with legitimate content. However, these ads follow predictable patterns that make them easier to identify once you know what to look for.

Spotting Fraudulent Facebook Ads

Facebook’s advertising platform is a favorite tool for fake online stores because of its massive reach. These ads often feature “unbelievable” offers designed to create urgency and bypass critical thinking. Warning signs include:

Extreme, unrealistic discounts such as “90% OFF,” “Store Closing Sale,” or “Final Liquidation.” Real retailers rarely discount new products this aggressively.

Poor grammar, awkward phrasing, or inconsistent language throughout the ad or website, indicating low-effort, mass-produced content.

Generic stock photos or images with watermarks, suggesting the images were taken from legitimate brands or stolen from other sources.

Recently created Facebook Pages, which is common for temporary fraudulent campaigns. Check the “Page Transparency” section to see when the page was created.

Limited or no engagement from real customers. Authentic brands usually have reviews, comments, and visible user interaction.

If an ad raises doubts, search for reviews of the website or reverse image search the product photos to see if they’re copied from elsewhere. Never provide payment information until the site is verified.

Spotting Fraudulent Instagram Ads

Instagram is another major platform used to promote fake shopping sites through eye-catching visuals and short-lived “flash sale” captions. Warning signs to look for:

New or disposable accounts with few posts and followers, often created just weeks or days before launching ads.

Lack of tagged users in product posts. Legitimate stores often feature real customers, influencers, or product usage.

Unsecured checkout pages. If the website linked in the bio does not use HTTPS, do not enter payment information.

Fake or missing customer reviews. Fraudulent stores rarely have authentic purchase feedback.

Unclear or restrictive return policies, often hidden or written vaguely to make refunds difficult.

When in doubt, search for independent reviews before buying, and only enter payment details on verified, secure websites.

Catching Fake TikTok Ads

TikTok is increasingly used to promote questionable shopping deals through short, persuasive videos. While many ads look polished, the same red flags apply:

Links to unknown stores that don’t appear in search results or have no external reputation. Many of these sites are temporary and disappear after a short time.

No verification badge on the TikTok account. While not every legitimate store is verified, the lack of a badge is one more indicator to check further.

Aggressive countdown timers or “one-day only” promotions designed to rush decision-making.

Lack of genuine customer reviews or real user content demonstrating the product in actual use.

Comment sections filled with complaints or warnings from other users. This is often the first place victims speak up.

TikTok scams often rely on impulse buying. Take a moment to verify the website, read independent reviews, and use trusted browser protection before visiting external links.

Payment and Account Checks After a Vbbert Order

Check your statement for any charge you do not recognize after shopping at vbbert, whatever merchant name it shows. Report an unrecognized charge to your card issuer straight away.

Ask the issuer whether that specific charge calls for blocking or replacing the card. A replacement card is not a refund and is only needed when the card was misused.

If you created a vbbert account with a password you use elsewhere, change it on those other accounts and turn on two-factor sign-in.

Sharing your email address with the shop does not mean another account was accessed. Act on real signs, such as unfamiliar sign-ins or changed account details.

Ignore anyone offering to recover your money for a fee or asking for remote access, bank codes or card details. Check any refund inside your own payment account.

US shoppers can report misleading online selling to the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. Elsewhere, use your national consumer authority. A report does not replace your payment claim.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is vbbert.com legit?

Vbbert is an operating store, but it has swapped companies, products and platforms within a year, and its only review is negative.

We advise against ordering until the seller is clearer.

Who owns vbbert.com?

The current About page names FORTUNE DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY LTD., a UK company incorporated in September 2026. In 2025 the site named Shanghai Ruicai Tianhui E-Commerce Co., Ltd.

Is Burbetex connected to vbbert?

No link is visible. Burbetex is promoted in YouTube videos as a trading app, while vbbert sells kitchen gadgets.

They share no template, email address or company that we could find.

Can I buy the vyrbmasut mist on vbbert? Historical listings, usage and reviews

No product by that name appears on vbbert.com or in its archives. No seller, label or buyer review turns up online, so do not buy one from an unnamed seller.

How long does vbbert take to deliver?

Its shipping policy quotes one to three days of processing, then seven to ten business days in transit, with free shipping to the US and UK.

How do I return an item to vbbert?

Email service@mail.vbbert.com within 14 days of delivery and wait for instructions. Unless the item is faulty or wrong, the return postage is yours to pay.

The Bottom Line

Our decision: do not order from vbbert.com for now.

Its seller changed from a Shanghai firm to a weeks-old UK company, and that company also appears on Bccnerty, a shop we have already flagged.

If you already paid, keep every record and wait out the stated delivery window. If the parcel never arrives, turn to your card issuer or PayPal.

This article is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for financial or business decisions.
