Violando l\u2019art. 202 del Codice Penale dell\u2019Italia. L\u2019art. 202 del Codice Penale prevede una reclusione per un periodo da 4 a 12 anni.<br \/>\nDal Suo computer \u00e8 stato effettuato l\u2019accesso illecito alla Sua insaputa, forse, il Suo computer \u00e8 contaminato con il software dannoso, quindi, ha violato la legge sul \u201cUso sprezzante del computer\u201d. L\u2019art. 210 del Codice Penale prevede una sanzione penale da \u20ac2.000,00 \u2013 \u20ac8.000,00.<br \/>\nDal Suo computer \u00e8 stata effettuata la distribuzione di spam o un\u2019operazione pubblicitaria illecita a scopo di lucro, oppure alla Sua insaputa, forse, il Suo computer \u00e8 contaminato con il software dannoso. L\u2019art. 212 del Codice Penale prevede una sanzione penale fino a \u20ac250.000,00 e una reclusione fino a 6 anni. Se l\u2019operazione di cui sopra \u00e8 stata effettuata alla Sua insaputa, Lei \u00e8 responsabile ai sensi del suddetto articolo 210 del Codice Penale dell\u2019Italia.,<br \/>\nAl momento attuale viene identificata la Sua individualita residenza, nel corso di 72 ore sara promossa l\u2019instaurazione di un procedimento penale a Suo carico riguardante uno o pi\u00f9 articoli di cui sopra.
