Clicking \u201c<em>Cancel<\/em>\u201d once changes it to add a tick box marked \u201c<em>Click OK to close this window<\/em>\u201d Thinking that this is the ticket out of the page, you will tick that box and click \u201c<em>OK<\/em>\u201d.
