Can you try to reset your router?

Hi Mr Eagle,

I am having the same issue as Justin,

Have tried numerous self help processes ( Adwcleaner,JRT,HitmanPro,MWB) and it hasnt worked.
I will keep on trying and see if I can find another way of removing this.
I have attached the reports from FRST64 in the hope you may help me.

Many Thanks

Hi,

First, go to Control Panel and uninstall following (skip lines that cannot be uninstalled):
- Adobe Reader XI
- Java 7 Update 25

Latest versions of Java and Adobe Reader available here --> http://www.java.com/en/ and here http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/
Make sure to uncheck optional offers.

***** NEXT *****

Download attached fixlist.txt on the same location as FRST (otherwise the fix won't work)

Open FRST, and click Fix. Attach me that report after it is finished.

Done, Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I did some more fishing around had a few other goes at removing it, hopefully that wont affect this cure.

Thanks :)

I can recommend you this software to avoid Adware in the future. Unchecky is very light and install and forget program. It works in background and has auto update feature, so beleive me you will forget it is installed.

http://unchecky.com/

Read here how it works --> http://www.howtogeek.com/179758/how-to-avoid-junkware-offers-with-unchecky/

The following will implement some post-cleanup procedures:

=> Please download DelFix by Xplode to your Desktop.

Run the tool and check the following boxes below;

Remove disinfection tools

Create registry backup

Purge System Restore

Click Run button and wait a few seconds for the programme completes his work.
At this point all the tools we used here should be gone. Tool will create an report for you (C:\DelFix.txt)

The tool will also record healthy state of registry and make a backup using ERUNT program in %windir%\ERUNT\DelFix
Tool deletes old system restore points and create a fresh system restore point after cleaning.
