Because the diversity in this community is one of the things I most love about it, I was wondering if you have any suggestions for additional initiatives I could add to this list:

The goal is to create an encompassing resource for women who want to join the infosec world and give them access to support and know-how as they're starting out or advancing in their careers.

I suggest BlackHoodie. It was founded by my former colleague Marion Marschalek. It's global. I attended as a helper. Some of the women have since done awesome research and presented at Virus Bulletin.
