You do not need to download Adobe Flash Player if you use Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge (or Internet Explorer for Windows 8/8.1/10). Make sure you're running the latest versions including Windows Update for Edge/IE.

As advised by @Petrovic Flash Player may be bundled with, for example, McAfee scanner.
