Hi!
I have made an account purely to say that I am in the same exact position as you! Realised last night suddenly that ASOS.com was acting weirdly on my computer with invisible ads that open new tabs on click and that "COMPARE... NO DEALS" bar appearing on items for sale. Thought I was infected by adware and spent hours trying to locate and remove it by disabling extensions, using various anti-malware software etc. but to no avail. Then I realised that ASOS was like that on all my browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox), and even on Chrome on my smartphone! Since it only seemed to be happening on ASOS I thought it only affected e-commerce websites too and tried going on Zalora and RiverIsland.com but they seemed to be working just fine. So then I thought it was really something wrong with ASOS and gave up and went to sleep.
After reading this today I just went to Nordstrom and got the same Ads by DNS Unlocker! Gahhh I'm really, really confused now. One thing I noticed is that I see you're from Singapore as well. Could that have anything to do with it? Though, as you said, this happens on mobile data as well... I'm using SingTel and Singnet for both wifi and mobile data if that affects anything.
I hope we both get this fixed soon, it's really annoying and I'm not going to dare to buy anything off of e-commerce websites while they are acting so fishy.
