Advice Request Are Zynga-owned Apps safe to play in 2018? (Privacy terms, Data collection, Ads)

Over a month ago, Zynga buys 1010 maker Gram Games for $250 million. I know a friend who plays the 1010 by Gram Games game on their phone, and an app update now asks whether they want to accept the new Terms/Policy.

Last I heard about Zynga was bad press of the CEO admitting he was a scammer, in 2009.

No one really reads these Usage and Privacy terms; but in general are Zynga-owned games OK?
