You can’t really, but if you have unwanted shields (Mail Shield is useless if you don’t use a mail client) you should turn them off.
Turn hardened mode off and and set realtime protection to normal or lower.

Thanks but Mail shield dont do nothing right i never see it work

Do this. Uninstall Avast via Windows Control panel. Select repair when Avast pops up. Uncheck mail shield, crime fighter and software updater. Reboot. What are your system specs and why are you trying to make one of the lightest av's on the market lighter? You will not be able to accomplish what you are trying to do anyways.

Custom install only select "File System Shield' and use default settings with the exception of DeepScreen (disable it).
Other features can be useful to some users but are not necessary.

Good advice but the web shield is still important also. Stopping malware before it even reaches your pc is a great asset.

I use it with only web and system protection modules and it's very light
