I have installed Wise Disk Cleaner (portable) but the file "autostart.exe" was blocked by Bitdefender Internet Security ( advanced threat defense ) as " Gensuspicious.cloud.4.pqw@auva30gi ".

Wise Disk Cleaner is a safe software as far as I know. I use it here.

- Strange I'm trying to scan wise cleaner folder it shows "file is password protected" but i scan with virustotal nothing found.

Looks like a false cloud detection to me. I also use Wise Disk Cleaner and have no issues here.
I would submit to Bitdefender to see if they can fix that detection.

Ah okay didn't knew that. I thought about this becuase on the screenshot is the detection in the %temp% folder. It was just definetly unpacked because it is portable. So sorry for blaming you @Omarzwai ! But a second opinion scan would be very interresting!
