Can the transaction be made with Indian credit card for Russian Ruble?

Rouble is same as Ruble right? When I was checking the currency converter in google it shows Ruble and Adguard shows Rouble.

I agree however on a rooted phone you have some very good choices.Maybe not as good as Adguard but still good(some free).
Whereas on a non rooted phone you have nothing that really works well for free and Adguard is,at least in my opinion,the only paid choice.
If anyone has any doubts just take it for a spin and that should be enough.I have it on a rooted Note 4 and a non rooted Note 5.

WiFi works just fine.Using both USB tethering/hotspot and VPN are restricted by Android.Adguard makes use of a VPN
Android restrictions like Apple are why many Root/Jailbreak their phones.
