Troubleshoot Blue screen after sleep mode and then PC crashes

Hi everyone,

I have been having this annoying problem since last few weeks. It happens randomly. When I put my PC into sleep mode, instead of PC going to sleep, it will just show a blue screen and will become unresponsive. At that time, I had to do a force shut down and restart the PC again.

Problem can be caused by lot of stuff...

In meantime try this :

Open Command Prompt as Administrator
enter this command
powercfg -h off and press Enter.

Tell me if Blue Screen comes up now.
