Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Confirms Nuketown, Only Offered for Pre-orders

At the moment only concept art for it is offered
Video game developer Treyarch and publisher Activision are confirming that they will offer a re-designed version of the classic Nuketown map in the coming Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, but it seems that at the moment only those who are ready to pre-order the title.

The official announcement makes it clear that the entire environment is being re-imagined to suit the power of the new generation of hardware and to offer gamers, both old fans and newcomers, a balance experience.

Treyarch states, "Set in the year 2065 and optimized for Black Ops 3’s new momentum-based, chained movement system, Nuk3town is all about the close-quarters, fast-paced combat fans have come to expect."

The studio is now yet ready to show Nuketown for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 in action and is only showing a concept art linked to the map, which should give gamers some hints about how it will look on launch date.

Those who pre-order will get access to a special code that they will be able to use to download the content as soon as they get the shooter.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 introduces major changes to the core gameplay
Treyarch knows how much fans love Nuketown, and that's the main reason that it wants to offer a remake for the multiplayer mode in the next installment in the franchise.

The company needs to extract goodwill from the community because it has made a lot of changes to the core mechanics, including a bigger focus on movement and more options when it comes to attacking an enemy from an unexpected position.

Most of the gamers who have played the beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 have been very happy with the new feel of the game, but some veterans are complaining that it is too fast and gives them too little space to actually try tactics.

The title will also include a full single-player campaign and a Shadows of Evil experience that takes gamers to the '40s and will focus on cooperation.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will be launched on the PC, the PlayStation 4, the Xbox One and older home consoles on November 6.
