Can an expert read this FRST.txt scan result and locate what files need to be "fixed"?

Hello,

I know that there is malware somewhere in my Windows directory because I had a popup today and I used task manager to open the file location of this popup and it was in C:\Windows\SysWOW64. I did the scan for the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and I now have the FRST.txt. I don't know what files need to be "fixed" and I am in no means an expert in this field, so I am hoping someone here can help identify what files need to be "fixed" or removed.

Thanks in advance to anyone reading this, any help at all is appreciated.
