Can I get banned from Facebook for deleting my account and making a new one once in a while ?

I know the politics of Facebook about being restricted to own only 1 account per user, and i have always followed that rule.

Over time, i have changed my Facebook account once every year or 2 years. And by "changed" i mean completely deleted (really deleted, not deactivated) the old one and making a new one.

Now i have decided to start fresh again on Facebook as i have talked about politics and i have decided to put a minimum of info about myself on social medias.

Here are my questions:

1: can Facebook block/ban my new account on the grounds that i had previous ones (deleted) ? Could i be stuck without the possibility of having an account forever ?
2: are there any rules about changing accounts ? Or by "only one account per user" they are talking about only simultaneous accounts ?
3: am i the only one changing my Facebook account once in a while ? People seem to keep theirs forever...
4: last time, for my current account, they required me to send them an ID. Could that cause a problem if they ask again for it in my new account and i provide them with the same one (as in telling me this ID has already been used to verify another account, etc...) ?

I'm asking those questions as i wanted to know your opinions as i'm scared to be "stuck" without the ability to have a Facebook account. And it's kind of important for me to have one as i use it to communicate with my family.

Thanks a lot for taking the time answer me ;)

Ball out with the Facebook accounts just don't go over-the-top of misuse their service with spamming, make a new one if you'd like to. Many people make duplicates, or triplet accounts on a daily basis... There's also huge amounts of spam on Facebook (fake profiles/account duplicates, spam campaigns, etc.).

You can always deactivate an account you no longer want, they even have an option on the deactivation page you can tick about having another account and that's the reason you are deactivating.

Don't worry about it.

The day you get banned for making yourself a fresh FB is the day cows fly from mars and bring me an alien technology to give me super powers

Simple answer, No. Thousands of people & bots create new accounts daily.

If you do not wish to allow Facebook to register your email address, upon registration, check your Inbox/Spam folder and instead of Confirming Registration, look in the small print to block the email from being registered again.

Edit: Clarification.

Until a real identity will be required (one person = one account), like in China, it is fine, but it will come eventually, I sure hope sooner than later, so enjoy while you can.
